The spectacular Bay of Fundy is situated on New Brunswick's southern coast.

Twice a day, over a hundred billion tonnes of water surge ashore, creating the world's highest tides and sculpting unique rock formations such as those at Hopewell Cape.

Fundy National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including black bears, moose, peregrine falcons and beavers. It has more than 120 kilometres of walking tracks and mountain biking is also popular in the park.

Cast out into the Bay of Fundy are the stunning Fundy Isles. Whale watching, bird watching and sea kayaking are popular on Deer Island, Grand Manan Island and Campobello Island.

Franklin D Roosevelt had his grand summer home on Campobello Island; it is possible to tour the mansion as well as the surrounding 1,200-hectare Roosevelt Campobello International Park.
