With UNESCO-listed citadels, palaces, royal tombs, temples and pagodas, Hué is a a veritable treasure trove. It served as the capital of the Nguyen dynasty from 1802 to 1945. 

This relaxing city is situated on either side of the Perfume River in central Vietnam and is full of canals and lakes.
